I thought as my first post I'd introduce one of my favourite bands, for those of you that aren't aware of them.This Town Needs Guns are a four-piece band from Oxford. Their sound consists of slinky myriad guitars, tight tumbling drums and strong soaring vocals with intelligent lyrics. They are, to understate, very very good.
This month and next they are touring a good portion of England, possibly in their little red van, if they still have it. So you should go see them if you can.

Oh and also! They are releasing their debut album, 'Animals', on the 13th of October. Judging by the two tracks up on their MySpace, it's a WOW of an album. So yeah, go see them, buy the album, sing along,
